UNTITLED - Become the TimeKeeper

No way YOU can move the paper, I’m moving in 12 months. Sucka.

Life is fast-paced and if you are not controlling your time. Some else is.

What makes Elon Musk be able to run Tesla, SpaceX, The Boring Company, X, Neuralink and now run DOGE?.

Short answer = Time Boxing

Switching from running around like a chicken to Time Boxing literally makes you the timekeeper.

My Timeboxing System

  • Schedule: Plan task in fixed time slot.
  • Do It: Cut distractions and execute.
  • Move On: When time is up. Stop the task.
  • Re-Schedule: If unfinished. Plan task again soon.
  • Refine: Did I under/over-estimate time? Could it be done faster/better?

If I do not feel it's worth scheduling for. Then I simply don't do it.

Benefits:

  • Pumps my laser-focus muscles.
  • Helps me get tasks done.
  • I am more present socially.
  • I only work when I got a specified task to do.
  • More time for the family and working out.

I have been trying a few apps like and found TickTick to my preference.
